...مو وطن، "جنة" بلادي مو وطن

In the celebration of the Independence and the Liberation days, the 25th and the 26th of February,  of our beloved country Kuwait, The Blender would like to share with you these two unforgettable dates in Kuwait history.

We thank GOD for our 51 years of Independence and Liberation and 6 years of taking over the governance of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

We have the right to show our happiness not only in these two days or month, but in every single day of our lives. Our love for this country and the commitment to the Royal Family has extended all the boundaries. Each one of us belongs to this land, and I personally have no limit for adoring and appreciating for what we’ve got.

In the 25th, we remember the Independency of the British colony, and in the 26th we remember our liberation from the tyrant.

On the occasion of the National Day and the Independence Day, we raise to his Highness The Emir, the Government, and to everyone loves this land the congratulations and the blessings asking God to protect and bless our beloved Kuwait."

Valentines Day 2012

  12. February 2012 03:49 Articles
It’s the 14th of February. Do you know what does that mean? Maybe it doesn’t mean that much to you and you may say it is just a normal day like any other day. Or probably you would say “who cares".
IT IS THE VALENTINES DAY!
Again, you might not care that much especially if you are single. But this post is not only dedicated for those who are celebrating with their loves. You, who may think have no chance to love or to be loved, can celebrate too. How?
Call a close a friend or friends and invite them for a cup of coffee/dinner/lunch WHATEVER! And don’t miss the red flower. If the red flower will put you in a big trouble, then forget it and say something nice to them. Try to limit your gossips this day and say good things and spread the love!
Get a love heart cake from any bakery, but I recommend you to get an expensive one because it is a special day, and surprise your family in home. Do not hesitate to call your other relatives to come over to share with you these tranquility moments, and spread the LOVE!
From your savings, buy something valuable for your mother or father, brother, sister, a friend, or anyone you feel that this person means a lot to you. If your savings are more than 10000KD feel free to get gifts for everyone you know “I include myself in your list” and spread the love!
Financially broke and can’t even get a red flower? spend some hours in your kitchen and serve something nice for your again, mother or father, sisters, brothers, but I don’t recommend you to do that if you are married because your wife might get advantages of doing this kind of effort. If you, my dear wife, have already spent hours in cooking the lunch for your kids this day, feel free to spend some more hours to bake them a good cake and SPREAD YOUR LOVE!
At the end, stop saying dramatic stories to yourself because we all have the same ones in our lives. Love is not restricted for couples only, love can be shared between the families, friends, and the people that surround you.
<<Blender whisper>> If you still think that you have no one in your life then you are the most pathetic sympathetic person in this universe and I would suggest you to get yourself some dark chocolate with a cup of black coffee and celebrate this day with yourself.
SPREAD LOVE BABY!!!

The Story of Susan Boyle

  12. February 2012 03:40 Articles
It's time to get yourself inspired.

When it comes to spotting the light on those talented individuals, the blender doesn’t differentiate where they come from or what their backgrounds are, as long as they are believers who believe in reaching their goals what so ever.
While I was surfing the net, I saw myself reading in depth the bibliography of Ms. Susan Boyle, the winner of Britains Got Talent in 2009.

The astonishing Scottish Susan went through rough times throughout her whole life. She was born having a deprived of oxygen at birth long enough to cause mild brain damage that resulted learning disabilities at an early age.

After she grew up, Susan found herself surrounded by a musician family which was the basic inspiration to empower her talent in singing. Her parents both were singers, and because of the lack of their income, her life wasn’t really good. Her family was emigrated from Ireland to Scotland due to the WWII. Her time in school was not really fine because she had major difficulties in learning, and that was a reason to be mocked by her peers.
They used to call her “Simple Suzie.” because back in her old days, there weren't any special Scottish schools for people like her. Later on, she found herself being encouraged by her teachers because they found that her singing talent will be her future career. She continued participating in the academic shows and earned a number of qualifications.

Because she was the only daughter who stayed with her parents, after all of her brothers and sisters left the big house, she was entitled to take care of them. She used to sing in bars, pubs, and churches.
She was encouraging herself not for the sake of money, but she wanted to do what she loved mostly. Her most famous song is “ I dreamed a dream” that time she believed that she will make all of her dreams come true. In 90’s, she participated in a couple of TV shows in UK, but for some reasons she didn’t get the chance to pass, but she didn’t give up and kept singing and worked hard to improve her skills in singing.

Unfortunately, the death of her father in 1995, her sister in 2000, and recently her mother in 2007, broke her heart. Losing the beloved ones in her life wasn’t easy to just move on. Again, because she was and still is a believer, she didn’t stop from doing what she liked, although her age was approaching 50 years. She used all of her savings to improve her voice. At the end she had the chance to participate into the most viewable televised TV show Britains got talent in 2009, and she blown away the audience with her amazing voice.
It is very pleasing to read someone’s achievements no matter how hard time he/she has been through. As long as they are believers, having faith in God, and having an amazing self confidence, they will reach their goals whether now or later. Never say too late and never say too early, just work hard on yourself and determine your goals. And here are a couple of her performances throughout the years.

Twitter MIGHT be YOUR Saver!!!

  28. January 2012 04:09 Articles

Regardless of the negative side effects that have been raised about those social networks like Facebook and Twitter, there are countless numbers of benefits that the user can get.

Here are some real stories from some people who have been using Twitter to help them solve their personal issues online.

It all really depends on the way we use the social networks. It makes a difference. Different people raise their children in different environments and every person handles things differently, but what matters most is how we respond towards things. It could be either a positive response or a negative one.

No more Classic iPod!

  30. September 2011 06:46 Articles

Apple will stop manufacturing its most loveable device “the traditional iPod!” at the end of this year. This quite assured information is coming out of Apple Mother Company. As we all know that the traditional iPod was a good hit for the company’s profit in the last 10 years. According to the source that the cancelation of the classic iPod is due to the new 5th generation of iPhone. That means the new iPhone will be having some elements which replace the old iPod to something a way advanced. But the company has claimed that they will keep their other types of iPods, Nano and Touch.

[Blender Whisper]: If your Apple collection is missing that classic iPod, YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE IT RIGHT NOW!

THINK BRIGHT!

  27. September 2011 07:45 Articles

I just want you guys to watch this video until the end!!

Now, after watching this video, you have already witnessed that those poor people solved the darkness issue at their accommodations; they have reused the empty plastic bottles instead of throwing them somewhere, instead, they have saved/conserved the electricity! You guys are awesome!!

Now, let’s see if we can do something similar to this! Probably using the sun's heat to energize my 8 cylinders car instead of filling it up with Ultra Fuel. I really wish we can think of our future and save power, electricity, gas, water and all of that stuff for our future generations! If we all start thinking of the humankind's survival & the future of the human race, then i assure you that...It would really make a difference!

SEPTEMBER 23rd!

  21. September 2011 00:00 Articles

Have you ever witnessed a SATELLITE! closely!?

For some unknown reason,  I became addicted to news and specially in following up with Nasa news. As they say "Anything could happen out there in the space!".  Nasa has just announced to the public that one of its old satellites! (Which is out of service since 1991) will hit the Earth this FRIDAY, 23rd of SEPTEMBER!  This satellite weights 6 tons and its size is about a huge bus! Unfortunately, Nasa couldn’t track or locate where it will fall, but some sciences from the agency predict that the chance it might fall over some oceans close to South America, Europe, or maybe Asia is about 70%. Also they claim it could fall over populated areas!!

Now, Nasa in a cooperation with Space Operations Center are trying to monitor and track closely the fall of the satellite. But it is possible to be determined within two hours, once it reaches the Earth’s atmosphere. They have expressed their concerns about the people’s safety, and they will keep updating the public once they receive any news.

[Blender Whisper]: A satellite is falling on our heads this Friday, end of world September 26th; so what's next? Flying pigs?

Alzheimer's

  17. September 2011 09:57 Articles

Recently, I’ve read many articles regarding the Alzheimer’s, and there is a public awareness through the media to inform people how to deal with it. Basically, the Alzheimer affects people after the age 40 causing them massive lack of memorizing things. People who are affected by the Alzheimer’s suffer from many different issues like barely recognizing themselves, hardly knowing the people around and they always feel lost in their own world.

But there is a recent study took a place at Britain’s hospitals claims that taking one tablet a day of vitamin B helps to prevent the Alzheimer on the long term. About 150 retired people, who suffer from memory problems, were involved to participate into this experiment. They were taking one tablet a day of Vitamin B for almost two years, and at the end of the test, the sciences found that 70% out of those people were completely cured.  This tablet includes massive quantity of B12, B9, and B6. The total amount of B12 at this pill equals more than 300 times the amount that we get from natural sources like bananas, whole grains, and meat.

As we all know, the more we get older, the more we lose cells from our brain. The brain shrinks process usually begins after the age 40, and we lose cells about 30% every single year.  But the process of shrinking is different from one to another.  Some people might have massive shrinking process which could cause the Alzheimer’s on the short term.

According to Oxford University’s sciences who led the test say that the pill can prevent the shrinking process of the brain by 500%. But it must be noted that taking high levels of vitamin B may cause the acceleration of the growth of cancerous cells if they were found. So before doing anything, it is recommended to consult a physician so then he decides whether you are allowed to go through this course of not.
